Terms of Service

1 Acceptance

By connecting your mailbox to Reanswer or using any of its Telegram, Discord, Gmail, or Outlook interfaces, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't connect an account.

2 What Reanswer does

Reanswer reads new incoming email in a mailbox you connect and generates suggested reply drafts.

3 Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required in your country to consent to this kind of service, to use Reanswer.

4 Your account and connected mailbox

You're responsible for the mailbox you connect — it must be your own, or one you're authorized to grant this kind of access to. You're responsible for anything sent from your account after you approve it, the same as if you'd typed and sent it yourself.

5 Acceptable use

Don't use Reanswer to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email, spam, or phishing content.
• Generate or send unlawful, harassing, or abusive content.
• Attempt to access another user's account, drafts, or data.
• Interfere with or overload the service (automated scraping, excessive request volume, etc.).

We may suspend or terminate access for violating this section.

6 AI-generated drafts

Draft replies are generated by an AI model and may be inaccurate, miss context, or misjudge tone. You're responsible for reviewing a draft before sending it — Reanswer is a drafting aid, not a substitute for reading your own email.

7 Trial and subscription

Reanswer may offer a free trial period, after which continued use may require a paid subscription, as described to you in the app at the time. [ finalize once billing is live — no payment processor is connected yet ]

8 Ending the service

You can disconnect your mailbox or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for violating these terms, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

9 Disclaimer and liability

Reanswer is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including content generated or sent based on a draft you approved.

10 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any dispute arising out of or relating to them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ukraine.
